Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped by UPS or USPS on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays.
Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email from us. In general, orders are processed in 2-3 business days. Once processed you will receive your order within 3-10 business days.
We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.
The Just Magnifique does not ship internationally at this time.
The Just Magnifique is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to natural disasters or other uncontrollable events

USPS Priority with Signature Confirmation - $15, UPS Ground for Orders Under $50- 9.99, UPS 2nd Day- $28
If you are not completely satisfied with your Just Maginifque online purchase, you may send it back to us for an exchange or store credit.
Sale merchandise is Final Sale. No exchanges or returns will be accepted.
All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with the price tags intact.
Returns must be returned within 14 days of the original ship date and should be sent prepaid. We will not accept CODs.
We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages.
Exchanges/Store Credits are processed within 7 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/store credits are processed.
In case of merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed.
We will refund your credit card for the purchase price of the merchandise minus shipping costs. We do not refund original or return shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.
We reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Print your confirmation email and include it with your package.
2. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible. All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with the price tags intact. We are not responsible for goods damaged in transit, so we recommend insuring and/or tracking your return package.
